AvidXchange Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: AVDX), a leading provider of accounts payable (AP) automation software and payment solutions for middle market businesses and their suppliers, today announced it was named on Women Tech Council’s (WTC) Shatter List for the fourth consecutive year for its impactful measures that are creating and enacting practices that remove the glass ceiling. This award also highlights top technology companies that are helping advance women in tech and inclusive cultures.

The Shatter List is compiled by scoring companies on four factors critical to building inclusive cultures with meaningful measures that help women break and surpass the glass ceiling in technology. These factors include:

  • Executive engagement: active support from the CEO, executive team and all leadership.
  • Company programming: currently has women in leadership executive positions and proactively implements programs to support women in technology.
  • Community investment: active participation with the broader community to learn from and share best practices regarding culture and inclusion.
  • Women’s or D&I group: formal programs to support women internally.

Furthermore, a Shatter List ranking indicates a strong organizational commitment, active and meaningful programming, and impact for women in tech – all of which AvidXchange is dedicated to on a daily basis as part of its Women’s Meetup Group and inclusive initiatives.

“We are so excited that AvidXchange is being recognized for the fourth consecutive year on Women Tech Council’s Shatter List, as we are committed to identifying and eliminating barriers for women’s advancement and to creating a diverse, inclusive, and equitable work environment for our teammates,” said Manu Sood, SVP of Platform Delivery & Operations at AvidXchange, and Women in Tech Meetup Group Executive Sponsor. “The recognition this year is even more special because we get to celebrate this award together during Women’s History Month, a declared month of appreciation that we do not observe lightly at AvidXchange as 50 percent of roles are filled by women.”

“For me, it is inspiring to see the momentum for change and progress for women across the industry in the last decade, but we must continue to carry forward this work, keep raising the bar and be influencers for our future generations,” commented Sood.

This year’s celebration will take place at the Talent Innovation Summit on Thursday, April 27, 2023. For more information, click here.
