AvidXchange today announced that Senior Vice President of Platform Delivery & Operations, Manu Sood, won this year’s “Operation Excellence” award from Women Tech Council (WTC).
In its 15th year, WTC’s “Women Tech Awards” recognized 22 finalists, specifically women who are leaders, innovators, technologists and trailblazers. Furthermore, all finalists were chosen for their groundbreaking work in building organizations and inspiring the community; all of which Manu hit the mark on, allowing her to take home this prestigious award.
At AvidXchange, Manu leads the Technical Platform Engineering teams that are responsible for the development and maintenance of the company’s hybrid cloud platforms to support in-market and new products with agility and speed to support the ever-changing needs of customers. She also leads Site reliability Engineering teams for AvidXchange’s continuous transformation to Devops as a culture with focus on performance, reliability, scalability, quality and customer experience.
Manu brings to her role here over 21 years in the technology industry, with extensive experience in software engineering, product development, cloud technologies, change management and digital transformation. Hers is a career that began with a passion for people and problem solving and is now fueled by the pride she takes in building high-performing, empowered teams.
